We offer a 14-day return window for all AYN Odin and Loki handhelds, provided the devices are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that software modifications or physical damage may void your eligibility for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Handheld

  Securely pack the device, including all original accessories, manuals, and protective films, into the original retail box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at an authorized courier location to be sent to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware integrity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
